About the treatment
Juvéderm fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in skin. In the lips, small amounts can add shape, definition and hydration. Along the nasolabial folds (the lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth, sometimes called marionette lines), filler can soften the look of the fold.
We work gradually and think about your whole face, so you look like yourself on a good day, never overdone.

Aftercare
Some swelling or tenderness is normal for a few days. Avoid make-up, strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat for 24 hours. Written aftercare is included, and we're on hand if you have any questions.

Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every new client starts with a consultation so we can understand your skin and make sure a treatment is suitable and safe for you. There is no obligation to go ahead.
Will I look natural?
That is the aim. We plan treatments to enhance your features and would rather build results gradually than overdo it.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Some have none, while others may leave mild redness or swelling for a day or two. Each treatment page lists typical downtime, and we will talk you through it at your consultation.
How long do results last?
Results vary from person to person and between treatments. We will give you a realistic idea at your consultation and plan any follow-ups with you.
Can I combine treatments?
Often, yes. Many clients get the best results from a combined plan, such as dermaplaning with a facial or a course of peels alongside microneedling. We will recommend what makes sense for your skin.
